Reviewed public sources with limitsCheck my availabilityWhat the public record says
Brazilian intended parents can use a review-limited domestic gestational-carrier pathway through the CFM clinical rules and CNJ civil-registration rules, but there is no comprehensive surrogacy statute. The carrier ordinarily has a living child and a blood relationship through the fourth degree; a non-relative requires prior CRM authorization. Sao Paulo adds a detailed authorization overlay, and every payment, clinic, consent, hospital, and exceptional parentage fact needs current review.
