Israel's gestational-carrier role is limited to an eligible Israeli resident in a Ministry-approved domestic agreement. The carrier must meet the published age, non-relationship, prior-pregnancy, custody, marital-route, prior-surrogacy, birth-count, recovery-interval, medical, psychological, and informed-consent requirements, choose separate experienced counsel, receive insurance and payment explanations, and retain healthcare consent. Compensation and expense payments are lawful only as approved by the Committee and controlled through the approved agreement and trust structure.
