What the public record says

A Greek gestational carrier must be domiciled in Greece, provide no egg, be over 25 and no older than 54, have no more than two prior caesareans, and obtain Authority permission from age 50 years and one day through 54. She needs medical and psychological suitability, informed written consent, and spouse or civil-partner participation where applicable. The agreement is altruistic, but documented uninsured expenses, capped income loss, and fixed physical-burden compensation are allowed only after court authorization.
